15 years after Ayrton Senna's death15 years have passed since the fateful San Marino Grand Prix on May 1st 1994. That was the day which I never forget and changed my life forever.
Senna’s influence is still felt today. It is really difficult to say how his fans are feeling today, including me.
People still tend to compare every drive with Ayrton. Since Michael Schumacher, Hakkinen, then Montoya, Alonso, now Hamilton. It is fair to say many people still think Ayrton still IS the GREATEST racing driver ever.
I personally would consider that Ayrton's contribution to motorsport, his country, his people, and the world was beyond a normal F1 world champion's contribution. His legendary races, such as 93's European GP, 89's Japanese GP, 92's Monaco GP and so many, were just unforgetable.
Ayrton is simply the best. Today belongs to SennaHappy Birthday Ayrton Senna Loeb wins his fifth world titleSebastien Loeb and his co-driver Daniel Elena break the last record of World Rally Championship History (I believe) by winning their fifth world championship in a row after scoring 3rd place in Rally Japan. Now, Loeb is officially the most successful driver in WRC history due to no one has won as many world titles, total races as he has done. F1 has a new Champion whose name is Lewis HamiltonWhat a race. I can't believe what I saw in the race. I waited for almost 70 laps to see Hamilton droping to 6th place, which he did, and waited for half of the season to see Massa winning the world title which he did not...untile the last corner of the last lap of the last race.....
I have to say Tim Glock, you should never win the world title ever ever ever!!!! You useless idiot can't even sustain two more corners.....Useless....
The rain in Sao Paulo changed everything, well, almost. Brazilians waited for more than a decade to see their new World Champion, but failed to do so. Massa, Raikkonen, Alonso and Vettel did whatever they could in the race, to stop the stupid Hamilton, who even forgot how to put the steering wheel back to the car after the race, winning the title.
Especially, Vettel should be titled the "Man of eleminating idiots' dreams". He overtook Hamilton in the second last lap and maintained his lead over Hamilton. This was to me very very very brave, encouraging and "sustainable" until useless Tim Glock somehow lost the control of his rubbish Toyota. Whho knows what exactly happened? But nothing is important but the the fact of the winner of the season.
Ok, Britain has its new Champion now, Mc'Laren won its 1st driver title after Mika's in 1999. But, they lost the constractor's championship which they, specifically, Ron Dannis did not evern care. The team put so much effort on the idiot. Well, fortunately for them, they did get something, otherwise.......
David Coulthard ended his 14-year F1 career by crashing out at the 1st corner of the race, what a disappointing end. This reminded me Michael Schumacher's ending in 2006, a little bit similar.
2008 F1 season is over. I am looking forward for the next season. I really wish to see Alonso being in a normal car and challenging the new world champion, Lewis Hamilton. Hamilton wins F1 2008 Chinese Grand PrixSorry people, I am just so busy....no time to type my views.... Alonso wins 2008 F1 Japanese Grand Prix
Fernando Alonso won his 21st Grand Prix at Fiji Speedway today. He showed a really pace of a world champion. This time was not about the luck like Singapore, last time. This was about the capability, about the best contemporary F1 driver. I cannot believe the world title would be decided between Hamilton and Massa, who are the most absolute joke makers in the F1 history. Lewis Hamilton was, as usual, being like an idiot from the beginning of the race until being touched by Massa when overtaking the Brazilian. Hamilton had a really good chance to get some points to win the world title, but he failed to do so by having a poor start and forcing teammate and other drivers out of track at the very first corner, which gave him a drive through penalty. Then, when he tried hard on Massa, Massa did not want to give way to the British at a chicane. Massa spanned the idiot, which gave him a drive through penalty. Kimi Raikkonen, again was not lucky. Well, I do not know what is going on in his mind. But I do know he is no longer the World Champion anymore. BMW's Kubica had a good race for scoring second place. He successfully defended his second place in last 8 laps from Kimi. It is unbelievable BMW failed to improve since Canada, otherwise the Pole might have been fighting for the world title. This year's F1 is very very interesting. Two of the most mistake-makers are fighting for the world champion. Massa, I have to say, will not become a true world champion like Alonso, or those legends in the past, neither Hamilton. Overall, I of course support Massa over the idiot. I wish Shanghai's sand barrier will welcome him again!! Alonso wins the first ever F1 Singapore Grand PrixSingapore has proved that F1 cars can race in the NIGHT!!! Fernando Alonso who started the race from 15th of the grid won the race. People might say safety car brought Alonso a win. Well, it might be a factor. But without his hard working, could he win? No way. Look at his teammate, a 3-time Champion's son, Nelson Piquiet, who can't even finish the race. Both Ferrari drivers made huge mistakes with 0 point scoring. Due to the stupid pit-signal system and his inpatient style, Massa again caused trouble in the pit-lane. Raikkonen? What can I say? How did he win the world champion last year if he was like this in 2007. There is no way that Ferrari will become the world champion like this. Hamilton had a good race. I always think he is a good driver. But his fake personality and disgusting mouth just let me say he is an idiot. Again, last night, his words and body-language to Alonso in podium ceremony and media conference made me sick. Good luck to Alonso next year. Spanish + French national anthems are the best combination. Vettel wins 2008 F1 Italian Grand Prix![]() I witnessed another history making. Sebastian Vettel converted his first pole to first GP win in a incredible weather condition. He now becomes youngest GP winner, and breaks Alonso's record. Wet conditions often give chances for drivers to show their talent. Vettel became one of them.
The race was really existing at the early and late stages. I can't remember when was the last time, Monza had rain. But it is very rare to see wet Monza.
Vettel of course performed very well. He did not make any single mistake in the race. And the team strategy went well for him. His pole position helped him very much. If he did not get the pole, he would be like Hamilton. haha
Hamilton showed his talent in the wet again. Unfortunately for the idiot, he had to make an extra pit stop for changing to intermediate tyre, due to the weather change. Fortunately for Massa, now he has closed the gap to one point. Raikkonen again showed his "disability" in the wet. He could do nothing in the rain. After many retirements in one season, and only four races remaining, Ferrari has made the decision to ask Raikkonen to support Massa. Massa is no good in the wet too. I can't believe Ferrari's situation now.
I think Alonso should be voted one of greatest drivers, beside Senna, Clark, Fangio, Prost and so on. His car and the team is ridiculous for the whole season. But looking at his hard work and spirit, he is just so good. Hopefully, he will make a good decision at the end of this year. I don't think Renault is good for him anymore in terms of car performance. BMW? Maybe? But not Honda.
F1 is getting more existing now. Next race is in singapore in two-week time at night. What happens if it rains?....I am looking forward to it. Hamilton wins 2008 F1 Belgium Grand Prix![]() Can you believe what happened in the last two laps of the race? I cannot believe my eyes. This was the most ridiculous race in 2008!
Maybe I need to talk what exactly happened in last three laps from my view. On the third last lap, perhaps the last corner of the lap, Hamilton tried to overtake Kimi at "Bus-stop" chicane. Kimi defended successfully. However, into the first corner of the second last lap, Hamilton overtook Kimi. Then....amazing things happened in a row.....The sky started raining. Hamilton failed to increase the gap from Kimi. In other words, Kimi closed the gap due to Hamilton's mistakes. In the fifth or six last corner (well, if my calculation was correct), stupid Hamilton went to cut grass. Kimi passed the idiot. Then.....arrogant Rossberg blocked Kimi's way, and hit Kimi's car....Then, Hamilton overtook Kimi....Then, the worst thing happened.... Kimi lost control somehow, and crashed into a wall....I suspect there was some damage caused by Rossberg in Kimi's car.
On the other hand, Alonso had his first chance to stand on the podium after Kimi's retirement, before the very last lap. But he dropped to sixth and passed two cars in the last corner of the last lap, scored forth overall.
Well, well, well, what can I say.. A driver, defending world champion led the almost whole race, and was passed by an idiot in the last lap... I think the idiot is now the world champion.... No one can stop him.... I knew I hate Williams and its drivers.... Now I am so convinced by myself. Last race, it was Nakajima whatever his name is... This race, stupid Rossberg.... He is just like his father, arrogant and stupid. He will never be a champion. Apparently, Hamilton has been penalized due to his shortcut at "Bus-stop" and gained advantage for further overtook kimi at the first corner of the second last lap (Pictured above).
As an anti-Hamilton, I of course supported Kimi for the whole race. But how would you expect Ferrari to stop the idiot? Massa?? it's no way to let me believe he will challenge the idiot....
Anyone believed what happened? Please tell me.... I still cannot..... The best Rally driver - Sebastian Loeb 2008 WRC Rally New ZealandThis is my second time coming to Mystery Creek to watch WRC event, to be specific, coming to watch the best rally driver, Loeb. Last year, he lost the race under one second. This year, he did not disappoint his fans! WRC is so much better than F1 in terms of distance between the drivers and fans. I was sitting next to the podium when they had finishing ceremony. This never happens in F1. Talking about the race, well, Loeb said he was very lucky to win because both Ford had trouble on Sunday morning. Well, I agree, he was kind of lucky. But I think they would be really close at the end. Anyway, this is Seb's 44th win. He keeps his record breaking and history making career extremely successfully. Nothing can deny his success. There are so many people say he is the Schumacher in WRC. I say that wrong! Well, just compare Loeb's rivals since 2003 until now, How many world champions have raced with Loeb, how many world champion teams have raced with Citeron. Loeb and his team have beaten every rival by stunning results which no one in the future will ever achieve in my opinion. Massa wins F1 2008 European Grand PrixIn my opinion it is due to Alonso's contribution to his country, Spain, more and more people in Spain become interested in F1. That's why Spain has two races in this season. It was the first time that Valencia holding a F1 race in a street circuit.
The race, however, was really boring. No overtaking at all. Ferrari seems to have a really serious issues with reliability at the moment. Raikkonen's engine blew up, last time was Massa. Hamilton still leads the World Championship by 6 points. Sigh....
I have to say, Japanese F1 drivers are really aggresive. Two Yamamotos, Sato, and now Nakajima and a few others...Well, why don't they crash someone like Hamilton? Unbilieveble....It is very sad for Alonso and 100,000 fans of him.
I really wish a Ferrari wins the WC this year, not the idiot. Kovalainen wins 2008 F1 Hungarian Grand PrixKovalainen finally scores his first ever GP in Hungary. Indeed, Hungaroring is a place with many surprises. As I remeber, Damon Hill won his first ever GP in this circuit back to 1993, Alonso in 2003, Button in 2006, now Kovalainen in 2008. The race was very exctting at the beginning. The idiot was passed by Massa in the first cornner. What a great moment for most real F1 fans. Moreover, the thing got even better when the idiot got a tyre puncture before his 2nd pitstop. Unfortunately for Massa, he blew his engine when there were only 3 laps left. Toyota had a really strong pace through the whole weekend. Glock score his first F1 podium finish with a second place. Defending champion, Raikkonen was passed by Alonso at the start. However, his second pitstop put him in the front of the spaniard. Despite of two incidents, the idiot finished in 5th and still leading the Championship. I hate the fact, but have face it. Hamilton wins 2008 F1 German Grand PrixWhat a ridiculous and unbelievable race. Hamilton showed again he and his car is the best conbination of the F1 fied in 2008. Renault's Piquet who has been absolutely useless for almost two seasons scored Renault's first podium finish in 2008 due to the safety car deployment. Massa, again, told the world he is not the man fighting for the world champion. Raikkonen and Alonso both had very hard time.
To be honest, I think Hamilton is going to win the Championship. There is no one or car can beat the idiot.
Hamilton wins 2008 F1 British Grand PrixI have to say Hamilton is a very good driver in terms of his driving skill. He dominated the whole race in various conditions. Barrichello also again proved how good he is in the wet despite of his refueling problem in the second pitstop. Both Ferrari drivers had a terrible race. Fortunately, Kimi finished in points. He and his team made a huge mistake of not changing the tyres in first pitstop when he had a great opportunity to fight for the win. In the contrary, Massa was completely useless in the wet. He spun at least 6 times in the race - Unbelievable!!! Alonso made the same mistake as Kimi made in first pitstop which cost him almost the whole race. It's very sad that Renault is just a useless car in all conditions. Alonso's teammate, Piquet again retired from the race. Such kind of driver tested for Renault in 2007. I believe that is one of many reasons of Renault being so lagging. It was a great race to be honest. However, I will never ever respect the idiot - Hamilton, no matter what he does. Yep, he is a great talent, but His personality and style are the worst I have ever seen. And ITV, in my view, should stop kissing Hamilton's XXX. Kubica wins F1 2008 Canadian Grand Prix
Ok, that's great for polish fans because they have their first ever F1 racer + race winner! that's great for BMW as a contractor because they won their first every race + one two finish. What a race for them!!!! However, as an anti-Hamilton fan, I have had a biggest celebration since the first race of 2008 Season. Hamilton again showed his stupidity by crashing his car into the rear of Raikkonen's Ferrari in a PIT-LANE. That's the "biggest" crash in my opinion, the idiot (Hamilton) has had in 2008. The whole story was that Raikkonen was for pit-lane signal to become green to exit the pit due to a safety car deployment. The idiot was perhaps thinking about how to pass people in the pit-lane, and never saw two stationary cars in front of him!!!! What a blind loser!!! Some news said the idiot's father bought a Carrera GT and right after that crashed. I think they should go to check their eyes....oh no, their brains.!!! The idiot caused Kimi and himself out of the race. Remember, Kimi is the world champion!!! What would those old champions do when they were crashed out? They came to punch the driver who cause the problem!!! Just like Nelson Piquet in 80s. However, Kimi did not even say anything to the idiot. What a ice man. On the other hand, as a Alonso fan, how shall I describe how much I hate Nick Heilfeld. The degree of hate is close to how much I hate Hamilton. Of course, that's racing. Alonso made mistakes in previous two races. That had nothing to do with others. But why does Alonso always have trouble with Nick? since 2006, Nick in some way destroyed the two time world champion in many many many occasions. Last year's France, Hungry, Japan..... The circuit was the only thing to blame today. It caused many problems through the whole weekend. Renault had huge problems with their brake system. Mc'Laren, first time scored nothing. Now, Kubica leads the championship. I would say he won't lead for long because BMW is not quicker enough. To be honest, I never like BMW drivers all the time. Today? still no. Hamilton wins 2008 F1 Monaco Grand PrixLewis Hamilton leads F1 2008 Driver World Championship by 3 points after winning the historic Monaco GP. It was the best race so far in 2008. This year, Hamilton has a very weak teammate with no support from the team. Every driver made at least one error during the race, including Hamilton. His car's right rear tyre touched the wall and had a puncher. But he was so lucky because he had only a few corners to drive his car into the pit for changing. This changed his race strategy totally. His second pitstop was much later than others. Almost every driver had their second pitstop before the track became 100% dry. Hamilton had a very late second pitstop compared with others which was the key for his winning. Massa had a great start and blocked his teammate Raikkonen, which made Hamilton to take the second place. However, he made a mistake at the first conner and gave the lead to BMW's Kubica. But both of them had to pit early for their second pitstops and struggled after use the slick tyre on semi dry circuit. Alonso was the most unlucky driver indeed. He had a great start by overtaking Rossberg. However, he made a mistake at very early part of the circuit, and destroyed his tyre. Therefore, he had to pit. After his first pitstop of changing to full wet tyre he was flying and overtaking many drivers, except his "old friend", Nick Heilfeld who gave Fernando many many many difficult moments last year. Nick Heilfeld was on the pace for the whole race. He blocked Alonso and damaged Alonso's front wing when Alonso tried a very unnecessary maneuver. Alonso had to pit for changing the front wing. Then his race was over. Raikkonen was another unlucky driver. He made a same error as Massa did at the same part of the circuit. Moreover, he destroyed Suitil's race at the end of the race by crashing into Sutil's Force India car's back. Raikkonen was forced to pit and lost all grids, and gain 0 point. I have to say the race was a good one. I am not happy about seeing the big mouth winning the race. Massa is unlikely to win the title due to his very childish driving style. Alonso's spirit is just great. He never gives up, and compared with his special champion kid teammate, he is so much better. However, Renault is just slow this year. ITV, again, pisses me off. The idiot, James Allan, or whatever his name is, conpared Hamilton and Senna...."the yellow helmet + Mc'Laren but driven by Hamilton"....What a joke.... Senna did not win his race by using a big mouth!!!Stupid ITV. I am very sleepy when I write this blog....Please forgive me if any mistake..... Bruno Senna wins in MonacoOn Friday afternoon (23rd May) the race fans in Monaco saw Senna's name on the highest step of the podium again. Bruno Senna scored a well-judged first victory of the season in the opening GP2 Series race in Monaco. While is uncle is record holder, winning the Monaco Grand Prix six times, Bruno Senna claimed his first GP2 victory in Monaco on Friday afternoon with his iSport team. Bruno managed to keep the polee setter Maldonado behind him from the start. Karun Chandhok finished in third as Villa pushed Mike Conway out of the race in the final lap while running in third.
Massa wins 2008 F1 Turkish Grand Prix![]() Again, it was a boring race, except Fisichella's "flying" at the start. Massa looked like a person who never won the race before after he won this GP. If he could hold Hamilton for one more lap before Hamilton's 2nd pit stop, Massa could help his teammate Raikkonen who finished the race in the 3rd beat Hamilton.
Renault has not made any prograss in my opinion. Nelson Piquet Jr. was even worse in my view. He could not even make into the 2nd part of qualify. I wonder the reason that Renault Team is so behind the rest is due to Piquet did a useless job last year as a test driver. Renault now is fully a year behind Mc'Laren, BMW and Ferrari. Like his father, he can't do anything without the best car.
I wish Alonso will make some difference in Monaco. If stupid Hamilton wins in Monaco, ITV will become H(amilton)TV, Formula one will sound like Formula Hamilton! The darkest moment is 14 years ago!Age shall not weary you, my hero Ayrton Senna. Time flys beyond my imagination. I cannot believe it has been 14 years already.
Today is the 1st of May. It is the date Ayrton left his fans. It is the date this world lost the best racing driver ever. It is the date the world lost one of greatest man.
The darkest moment is still going through my mind.
Ayrton Senna, the best forever. Raikkonen wins 2008 F1 Spanish Grand PrixDefending World Champion, Kimi Raikkonen eassily won the race after taking pole position in the qualify. His teamate Massa scored second. "Big mouth" Hamilton scored the third. Alonso retired from the race due to an engine failure, despite of strong performance in the qualify.
There was a big crash involving Mc'Laren's Kovalainen. His car's left front wheel rim broke into parts in a very fast corner. His condition is very stable according to a few medias.
On the other hand, Alonso was very unlucky. He started the race from the second on the grid and dropped to the third right after the start of the race. He had less fuel than others in the qualify aiming to challenge the pole. But the strategy did not work out very well. In the second half of the race, his engine failed him.
BMW's Kubica could not do anything at the start and was passed by Hamilton. I think there is a huge disvantage for drivers who start the race on the dity side of the circuit. However, stupid ITV commentator, James, blamed Alonso to block Kubica? Blocking? I can not believe he has seen so many races before. He is an idiot like his felow driver who only knows to ask others to push his car!
It was a very boring race for me. I stopped watching after the second pit stops. |
